The noodles are well cooked, the broth is flavorful (it could be slightly improved), the meat is very well cooked and very flavorful. And the presentation is beautiful. Order the gyosas; they're a great appetizer before eating the ramen. The tacoyaki with shrimp is not only delicious, but there's also a "trick" that makes it a special and unique dish. If you have a little room to spare, order the mochi with ice cream. I highly recommend the taro and Turin bunny. P.S.: I should note that the place is very small. However, it's worth waiting for your table. Otherwise, takeout is also recommended.
